At Aura, your satisfaction matters. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@shopaura.co.za with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
